April 2, 2025 (Kenosha, WI) – Equus Workforce Solutions, Southeastern Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, and United Way of Kenosha County are proud to host the 3rd Annual Success Fair on Friday, June 13, 2025, at the Kenosha Job Center (8600 Sheridan Road). Employer check-in will begin at 12:00 PM, and the event will run from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
This year’s Success Fair invites local employers and organizations to connect with community members, share employment opportunities, and promote resources that can support individuals on their career journeys. Industries represented may include construction, healthcare, hospitality, human services, IT, manufacturing, and transportation. Last year’s event was a great success, with 22 employers and 31 nonprofit organizations participating and approximately 200 community members in attendance. We’re excited to build on that momentum this year, bringing even more opportunities and valuable connections to those seeking employment and resources.
Employers are encouraged to register as vendors by visiting https://www.kenoshaunitedway.org/employer-successfair by Friday, May 30.
“Kenosha County has some very exciting opportunities coming to the area as well as having world class employment options already existing in our backyard,” said Bobby Nash of Equus Workforce Solutions. “Our goal here at the Kenosha County Job Center is to create and match quality talent with local employers to build a stronger, thriving community. We encourage employers that seek to strengthen their connections to the community to attend this event. Limited space for employers is available. Also, at this event there will be many of the wonderful local nonprofits and agencies working on behalf of building a healthier, wealthier and happier Kenosha County. Come out and see what Success can mean to you.”
In addition to exploring career opportunities, attendees will have access to a range of essential resources, including food assistance, public benefit assistance, insurance, healthcare, childcare, veteran services, and career support.
“At United Way of Kenosha County, we’re committed to empowering individuals and families on their path to financial stability,” said Carolynn Friesch, CEO of United Way of Kenosha County. “The Success Fair is a valuable opportunity for both job seekers and employers to connect and strengthen our local workforce.”
